Ellesha uses art to visualise mental health struggles. She specialises in absurd photography, self portraiture and digital collage. Her work explores her relationship with childhood trauma, depression, sexual assault, abandonment, suicide and anorexia nervosa. She hopes by sharing her story to break the taboos around mental health and encourage more meaningful conversations about the human experience.
