I offer yoga and wellness workshops for women who have been affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. These sessions are created as gentle, supportive spaces where participants can move at their own pace, feel safe in their bodies, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming.

The workshops combine trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, guided rest, and grounding practices. Each session focuses on choice, consent, and listening to the body, with no pressure to perform or push beyond personal limits. Practices are accessible and adaptable, encouraging participants to explore movement and stillness in ways that support their individual needs.

Yoga and breathwork can play a powerful role in rebuilding the connection between mind and body after trauma. Through gentle movement and conscious breathing, participants are supported in developing body awareness, regulating the nervous system, and cultivating a sense of calm and safety. Over time, these practices can help strengthen self-trust, improve self-esteem, and foster a deeper sense of self-compassion and resilience.
