Inclusive Wellness, Fitness & Art for SEND Communities

At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating inclusive, nurturing spaces where individuals of all abilities can express themselves, move freely, and feel a sense of belonging.

I provide tailored wellness, fitness, and creative art sessions for children and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), working closely with organisations such as Thrive CIC, STEPS CIC, and Oakfield High School & College. These sessions are designed to support not just physical health, but also emotional wellbeing, self-expression, and confidence.

My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, drawing from a background in yoga, movement, community arts, and inclusive education. Every session is adapted to meet the unique needs of the group or individual whether that means offering sensory-friendly environments, using accessible language and movement, or integrating nature, music, and storytelling into the experience.

I’ve seen firsthand how powerful creative and movement-based practices can be in promoting connection within ourselves and with others. For many of the individuals I work with, these classes become a safe space to explore new things, express emotions, and simply have fun.

Pride myself on creating equal  opportunities for SEND adults, past work includes a range of art exhibitions for SEN adults to showcase their work and I am continuing this important work to make more adults with learning disabilities, exhibited artists.
